Covid-19: what measures have been taken?

Published on 18.03.2020

As an employer, we have a responsibility to ensure that our employees can carry out their work in healthy conditions. As a government department, we must guarantee the continuity of services. Finally, as a government institution we must do our utmost in the current context to limit the spread of the disease, and in particular to help ensure that hospitals are not overburdened.

Our services

It won’t be compromised. Our employees continue to work and work for the citizens, businesses, institutions and government of the Region.

Our offices are closed until Sunday 5 April, following the decision of the National Security Council on 17 March 2020. However, this does not mean that our work is completely at a standstill: electronic ([email protected]) and telephone (02/800.33.55) contacts will still be possible.

The health of our employees

Our service can only be guaranteed if our employees remain in good health. That is why we take strict measures internally, whereby homeworking applies as much as possible and contact between them is avoided as much as possible. The guidelines we follow are fully in line with the decisions of the National Security Council.
