This overview summarizes the achievements of the agency since its creation in 2015, as part of the Regional Plan for Administrative Simplification 2015-2020.

Electronic invoicing, data sharing, online public procurement… Easybrussels has carried out numerous actions in many fields, and this in a transversal way, in consultation with the Brussels administrations, thanks to its steering committee, collaboration agreements and specific working groups.
In carrying out these actions, Easybrussels has stressed the importance of digital inclusion: the digitization of public services must not have a negative impact on the most digitally vulnerable citizens, and the agency has contributed to the establishment of a regional working group dedicated to this issue.
Brussels residents were also directly questioned about their interactions with the public authorities and their needs in this area, through a citizen survey.
Easybrussels would like to thank the members of its steering committee and working groups, and all its local, regional and federal partners, who contribute to making administration more modern, simpler, and more efficient for citizens and businesses, while ensuring that it remains accessible to all.
